The holiday season offers a welcome moment for all of us at REA to pause, reflect, and come together in the spirit of giving. This year, our team proudly supported three teenagers through Home of the Innocents in Louisville and two families through the Shepherd Community Center in Indianapolis. With staff donations in hand, we spent a morning shopping for gifts and everyday essentials, small gestures with the hope of making the season a little brighter.

The celebration continued back at the office with a shared lunch, team activities, and a thoughtful reflection on the milestones and meaningful work we accomplished throughout the year. Together, we wrapped gifts and prepared them for delivery, enjoying time to connect and celebrate one another along the way.
This annual tradition reflects the values that guide our work every day: gratitude, generosity, and humility. Giving back has long been part of who we are, both through the communities we serve in our projects and through direct acts of care and support.

At REA, we are committed to creating environments that foster access, inclusion, and opportunity. During this season of giving, we are grateful for the chance to extend that commitment beyond our work and into the communities we call home.
Warm holiday wishes from everyone at REA!
