On Friday, May 16th, two of our team members presented at the Alliance for Historic Landscape Preservation conference.
Partner and Landscape Architect Kevin Osburn took the stage at the Alliance for Historic Landscape Preservation conference to share the ongoing story of Ball Nurses Sunken Garden & Convalescent Park near Riley Children's Hospital and Eskenazi Health.
His presentation, “Historic Landscape Preservation on a Transforming Urban University Campus,” dove into the challenges and opportunities of preserving a beloved cultural landscape while responding to the evolving needs of a growing medical and academic institution.

Partner and Landscape Architect Dan Liggett led a presentation of the newly restored Glick Fountain at Newfields.
Dan shared insights into the revitalization of this historic Olmsted Brothers-designed landscape - highlighting how water choreography, lighting, and music from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra brings new energy to a century-old vision. We’re honored to share how thoughtful design can celebrate the past while creating meaningful experiences for today’s visitors.
Their presentations were a powerful example of how design can protect heritage while supporting healing and progress.
