Once the former site of Wolf Run Golf Course, this 215-acre landscape is envisioned to become a signature regional park and wildlife sanctuary for the community.

A cornerstone to the park’s planning efforts is the mission to preserve the site’s natural features and provide multiple educational opportunities for all residents. Proposed amenities include a nature center, multiple wildlife viewing blinds, an outdoor classroom, amphitheater, treehouses, natural surface and accessible paved trails, nature play areas, and ecological restoration efforts.

A logo was designed to complement the nature preserve and give it a distinguishable look while staying consistent with Zionsville Park and Recreation brand family. This logo displays two native birds that represent the parks emphasis on preservation and education on wildlife that are native to the region.
